I’ve been eating Jamaican food for many years and this place is some of the best I’ve had in a long time. This is a privilege to have oxtails this good, please come by and try it so we don’t lose a gem like this in Clermont/Minneola, we don’t have too many good west Caribbean restaurants on this side of town so make sure to stop by. Portions are very generous and pricing is very fair. I would also recommend the bird pepper wings and jerk chicken. All dinner plates come with rice and cabbage(super tasty). I btw am not affiliated with the restaurant but as a local foodie, you won’t be disappointed.

First time trying Fat Chef and it did not disappoint. Had the jerk Chicken with rice and peas, cabbage and plantains. Don't forget the oxtail gravy on the rice. Nicole was very nice and friendly which is a definite plus. Will definitely be back soon.
