We didn’t have any food here. We just stopped by for an after dinner drink. The aesthetics and the atmosphere were really great and the drinks were very good. However, three bartenders looked right through us for about 20 minutes and waited on other people that walked in after us. The service was severely lacking. Maybe they just wait on regulars. I have no idea. We have not decided if we will ever go back or not.

LOVE IT HERE 10/10We came here during our Spring Break & had an amazing experience with our family of 3. The rooftop is beautiful & open to the public for those who are not staying at the Hotel Eiffel. There is Valet Parking out front which was super convenient. I believe the fee is $35 but can be comped depending if you have a receipt from the rooftop. the experience was great, & I would definitely return regardless of the price point.We ordered the frozen strawberry...

I agree with some of the other reviews. We enjoyed the cabana, but anytime we needed a drink or order food to meet the $100 minimum we had to go up to the bar and wait (there were only two bartenders working) so we would bring our own empty glasses up and order after a wait there and also got charged the service fee for staff so didn't make much sense.
