I tried to reach out four different times to place an order for a simple 6 inch round cake and got no response. I called 3 times, left two voicemails, and sent a full email with the details of the order as well as a photo of the design I wanted and received nothing. I would try to give them the benefit of the doubt because of the pandemic, but a simple automated email saying they are closed would have sufficed and they couldn't even do that.
