Panera was lacking today. My sons' Broccoli Cheese Macaroni was cold. The Pepsi soft drink machine was not working AND the ice was out. It was leaking water everywhere on the floor so it was practically flooded by the cold drinks.The rest of the food was tasty and good.I do believe the staff were overwhelmed by the huge rush caused by tax-free week/weekend. Plus most restaurants are understaffed these days so I still give em 3 stars. Hopefully they will make a big a comeback...

Love this place. Great food, good variety menu, never have any issues there, except on a couple occasions I got the wrong items for my order, but whenever it's happened they always fix it for you no problem.
