Husband and I are here on our baby moon. The food was awful! He is a big pizza guy and the pizza had no flavor or sauce. My cheese quesdilla was just a pile of cheese with no flavor. Our server was very bad as well. We waited a while. Def do not recommend. I would go somewhere else. We also did breakfast here and it was $75 for both of us to eat at the buffets. No thank you. Very dissapointed

It has all the decor that a higher priced restaurant would have but the food is just not good. I added chicken to my meal for $10 and it was frozen diced chicken and just a couple pieces. Way overpriced of a restaurant.

Terrible experience. I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for a pizza, only to receive it lukewarm. The service was disorganized, with no apologies for the delay.

Went there 3 times and first wanted to say that it was great that unlimited kids eat free of an adult comes. However, the adults meal is 30$ and the food isn’t even that good. The plates were very dirty. Some servers were absolutely amazing but the majority were not. Particularly, the waffle station was horrible. One day, the lady making waffles was asking someone if she wanted plain or chocolate chip waffles. The woman clearly didn’t speak English very well and said “ yes I want a waffle “. The server replied almost yelling, “ I know that but what KIND do you want “ and even after that it took at least 10 min to get my waffles
Kid-friendliness: Pretty good because they eat free

BEWARE all locals!!!!!! Do not make a reservation or dine here!!!! Very unprofessional restaurant manager Hannah and even more unprofessional Hilton GM Angelina. Completely ruined our Mother’s Day brunch by refusing to speak to us like humans without shoving their phones in our faces then gaslighting us about our tone after they were unprofessional for over 30 mins without even acknowledge the hiltons marketing mistakes for their multiple online flyers on the same website, no year listed and same menu. No surprise they also more than doubled the prices from last year to this years! Not worth it in anyway!!! That’s why the whole area was empty!!

Service is clearly the problem here. The food is pretty good but it's not a good sign when the server is constantly thanking the guests for their patients. Part of the problem was the host kept leaving the front desk leaving the server to seat people as well as her job. It took over 90 minutes to eat, a lot of that time just waiting for a check. Frustrated?

I write this as a 10 year Hilton Diamond member that travels almost every week. This review is directed solely at breakfast. The service was as good as any when you eat at a buffet. The full buffet was about $34 (warm food) and the continental about $23 (cereal, fruit, muffin). Both could be a dollar more or less. For a resort the food on the buffet was very disappointing. Not bad but just about the same food you would get at a Hampton Inn with the exception here you had the option for an omelet if you wanted to wait in a 12 person line. Pancakes were cold, eggs were imitation scrambled, bacon typical hotel bacon, etc. You could order off the menu but individual items were near as expensive as the buffet. One egg off the menu cost more than 4 dozen eggs back home. We stayed for 5 days but only ate breakfast here the first morning then opted to drive down the street to other restaurants if that gives you an idea of the value to price. Value for the dollar? 2 star.

This place is a terrible place to work. I don't like to support places that treat their employees badly and fire people for no reason and without warning. I'm very disappointed.
We were kind of concerned about eating in a hotel restaurant, but this was pleasantly surprised. The prices were not outrageous and the food was plentiful and very good!!
