Would not recommend Snapper. Should have listened to waiter who preferred Dover Sole over Snapper. Steak was OK, it did not ‘wow'.

What a perfect birthday experience! I miss old-school steakhouses that deliver such excellence as this - they are more & more rare. Start-to-finish, Seagar's food was spot-on, service impeccable, & live piano music flowing in the background. We especially appreciated the Caesar Salad for 2 tableside & the chocolate souffle for dessert. Our first time dining here, but we will definitely return!

Our wait team led by Carson was wonderful. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. It was a perfect evening.

Seagar's is one of the best dining experiences I've ever had! I took my boyfriend here for his birthday and we had the best time. Each waitress is partnered with somebody to help and serve food, drinks, etc. and both of ours were phenomenal and SO funny. We started with two drinks that were delicious, got the lobster bisque to share as an appetizer, and then had our main course with a bottle of wine that one of our waiters had recommended. It paired perfectly and the steaks were incredible. After dinner, the executive chef HAND-DELIVERED a birthday dessert to my boyfriend AND the piano player knew and started playing "Happy Birthday" while they lit his candles. It was the most special thing I've ever seen a restaurant do before. Even the manager came around and spoke with us and was extremely friendly. Overall, a very warm and inviting place that we'll surely be going to for special occasions in the future.

My wanted bananas foster flambé for her birthday and Seagar's was the only place around that did it and they crushed it. From the time we checked in and were sat until we left, we were 100% taken care of. Our meal was perfect from start to finish and the staff was amazing. Highly recommend going here for that special occasion.

My ribeye steak was great but my wife steak was over cooked. She asked for medium well and got well done.

First of all, this was a wonderful place to celebrate a birthday. The food we had was nothing less than absolutely phenomenal. The foie gras was spectacular as well as the steaks we had. Cocktails and desserts were very much worth it. Do not hesitate to book a table here. We will be back!

Service is excellent, as is atmosphere. Bone in Ribeye was great although I did request extra seasoning and still had to add my $3 Everglades seasoning I snuck in my purse :P I did deeply regret ordering the diver sole. Such a miniscule amount of meat and very little flavor, drowned in capers. A bed of risotto or a mushroom medley would bring value to the diver sole dish as it is so little food, and flavor was underwhelming. A cheese aouffle under the fish like Boshamos serves wouldbring it to life. We come every single year for our anniversary but we left a bit disappointed this time and might try another restaurant next year.

This is definitely a fancy restaurant and you have to dress the part. Check their website for the dress code. The staff is so welcoming and helpful. They were professional in everything they said and did. The atmosphere is low lit with a live pianist playing softly in the background. Perfect for date night. The food was amazing and the portion sizes were very generous. They do not cut corners here. From the cocktails to the entrées, everything was high quality. Best steak I've ever had. Will definitely go back when we visit the area again.

Top level service! This is the place to eat if you are looking for a more private setting without all the crowds. Food is delicious, too. It's very expensive, but sometimes you just want to splurge and this is the place!
