We had the wild spider roll and the ocean roll. We had the watermelon cooler and a special drink he made with pineapple juice, St. Germain, and malibu. It was all very good. Our server was very polite, personable, and funny.

If it was for the service, Analdo was fantastic! The restaurant has a limited menu. It's not a set alone sushi restaurant, it's attached to the Lounge. But if you sit at the sushi bar, you get decent attention. Fresh fish!

Hadashi Sushi Bar is a standout at the Hilton Resort. The chefs and wait staff are friendly and accommodating, making the dining experience enjoyable. The sushi is fresh and delicious, with standout dishes including hamachi chili, Edamame, Nigiri, Salmon, Tuna, and the ultimate spicy tuna roll and black pepper tuna roll. Guests also love the pink lady roll, bluefin nigiri, shaggy dog, wild spider, and sun kissed rolls, all made with fresh, quality ingredients. The chefs behind the bar are kind and funny, creating a perfect night out. While service can be slow at times, the food is worth the wait. The sushi chefs craft some of the tastiest and freshest sushi, with special crunchies that stand out. Note that servers and sushi chefs do not tip share, so tipping both separately is appreciated. A must-try for sushi lovers staying at the Hilton.
