Usually hotel restaurants are just OK but this is definitely not the case with Hadashi!! Our food was absolutely amazing!! We tried a bunch but my favorite was the hamachi chili! And to top it off Naomi, our server, was amazing!!

Absolutely love this sushi bar! Sitting at bar is our go-to: ask for Naomi. We normally order the Hamachi Chili and the Spicy Tuna

Good sushi from the 2 times we've gone. The vegetable roll is refreshing. Tempura rolls are good. Would come back.

No doubt the worst sushi I have consumed. The volcano roll is a mess - the Sunkist roll not much better. The raw tuna wasn’t bad.To me, it’s all about the rice / texture color on rolls. As others have mentioned, the texture, consistency, and presentation of the rice is a failure. Would not recommend. I actually would’ve left a one star review, with generosity I leave two …

My wife was invited to a conference and I was able to tag along for some R&R at a great resort. One of our best meals was at the Sushi Bar in the Hilton Resort. We sat at the Sushi Bar (where the chefs make the sushi). The chefs and wait staff were so friendly and answered many questions and shared some jokes as well. If you get the chance don’t miss this Sushi bar. The Edamame was so good, Nigiri, Salmon and Tuna so fresh we had a fun time.

We stayed at the Sandestin Hilton resort and decided to try it out since it was downstairs and wow the sushi was amazing!!! We got the ultimate spicy tuna roll I think it was and the black pepper tuna roll.

Really good sushi! Was pleasantly surprised with sushi in our hotel. Was very well done and delicious! Definitely liked some rolls more than others like the Sun Kissed roll!

Inside of the Hilton Sandestin, we ordered the Cowboy beef roll and it did not disappoint!

Thought we would give it a try, and although the Hilton is a beautiful place, I would not recommend Hadashi for sushi. Prices are high and the sushi was bland and pasty. Plus the restaurant is wide open and feels like you are sitting in the lobby.

Sushi here was fresh and delicious. Pricy though but for a resort hotel it was expected. When we got to the bar to order our sushi,we asked the bartender if the white bottle was what they considered a "sake bottle" she said yes. Some places do consider that size a large. We thought $30 for that, ok. That bartender switched out with a new bartender during shift change and the new bartender stated that "our bottle" was in the heater. Thankfully my Mom caught that. $30 is for the full size bottle.

We are a gluten free family. And the chef was nice enough to see what all rolls he could make gluten free. This made it much more warming for us as it’s right in the resort.

Great hotel horrible sushi. Fish was ok but sushi rice was horribly mushy and had a bad texture. Prices were way to high for what I would call grocery store quality. $17 for a cali roll for my kid with most of the other rolls priced even higher. I get that its in a resort but if you are going to charge prices like this something as fundamental as sushi rice should be spot on. Please improve this restaurant.
