We booked a dinner cruise w Sunquest for my wife's 50th birthday while we were on vacation in Sandestin. We should have known this was a shitbird company when I booked them on Open Table yet they required another call to book them with a human being. I gave them my cc info and food choices. They never ran my card and apparently never recorded my food options because they reached out again a few days before the scheduled cruise to ask for all my info and choices again. The day before and the day of we receive confirmation emails and texts. Then, 3 hrs before the cruise was supposed to board, we received a text that the cruise for the next day was canceled and that we could rebook the following Tue or Thu after we had gone home. Meanwhile, I was checking my CC app and they had still never run my card. Anyway, I wanted to clarify whether they meant to cancel tonight or the next night. No one answered any of my 6 calls, email or text. Finally an hour later, after we took an Uber over to Baytown village did they send a clarification text confirming that in fact tonight's cruise was canceled. By that time it's 5:00 and we are without any plans/reservations for the evening. This company is poorly run and the service level is abysmal. It's too bad they seem like the only dinner cruise in the area because I'd rather get Wendy's and sit in a dinghy than Reebok with these morons. Service: 1/5
40% hidden fees. Food was a joke. This is advertised as an upscale venue. I have seen a better experience at Walmart. Total thing is a joke save your money. Emailed me cost $260 total. I was billed over $400 for forced tip fuel cost credit card charges. No dancing once every one got there bill thru were pissed. Drinks over 20 bucks. Whole thing was a joke run.

Overall experience was ok, seemed rushed, not as organized as expected and tightly packed tables. Dance floor was small, experience could have been different in nice weather. Food, ok. Not top rated. Overpriced drinks and apps.
What a great experience, I had the short rib with shrimp and garlic mashed potatoes. Everything was delicious, entertainment was great featuring a live band during dinner then DJ took over for dancing.Very friendly staff. Beautiful sunset dinner cruise. I would highly recommend booking a dinner cruise. No complaints at all.

Food was amazing and amazing customer service
This was a great dinner for a special night out. The food was very good and service was too.
Outstanding! My friend and I had the very best time! We are from the Midwest and being on the beautiful Floridian waters was absolutely breathtaking! We can't say enough about the atmosphere and dining experience we had and the friendly outgoing staff on the ship! We definitely would recommend this to everyone!
The ship charges a fee to sit by the window but doesn't disclose this charge at booking or when they call to confirm your reservation. They also charged a $65 fee to sing happy birthday and bring out a small cake, again, without disclosure.
They sat us with multiple other couples. There was barely any arm room for each person to eat. The waitress even kept mentioning how tight it was. Food was very subpar. Not worth the money.

The ship looks a lot older than it does on the advertisement. The grill fish was very salty I could not eat it. There is no handicap access to the 2nd or 3 rd level. It was not a good value.
The crew was very nice. The music was excellent. The Boat Ride and Music were the BEST part of the cruise. The mixed drinks we ordered were an old fashion and it was not made correctly (very watery). The atmosphere overall was good, but the lights flickered a bit. The food was ok. Overall, we did enjoy ourselves.
2 of our waters had small bugs floating. They put our table in the back of the room by the engine that smelled like diesel and the air vents were blowing down on the dining table. There was a small bug on the cheesecake dessert. The bathrooms were not clean. I don't think we will ever return nor Recommend to friends. On top of all that, the food was bad, and very expensive. The only thing good were the alcoholic drinks, the cruise views, and the live music. Skip this experience.
The dinner cruise was a nice change. The food was better than we expected. The only issue we had is no where on the reservation or when I spoke to the person about our reservation did anyone mention a Yacht fee per person. The fee was $45 per person. This was a bit of surprise. The severs were very nice. The length of the dinner cruise was a bit over 3 hours so I would prepare if you have little children.
The food was mediocre and not really very hot. It took us a great deal of time to get our drinks and I had to ask repeatedly for my water glass to be refilled. The waitress wasn't very attentive compared to the other servers who adjusted folks napkins and made sure the drinks were replenished. The dessert was supermarket cheesecake that was warm. I would say the trip was nice and the fireworks were a bonus. The boat was nice and the musicians and DJ were fun and had people dancing. It wasn't the experience we had hoped for our honeymoon splurge. The staff didn't seem to care we were spending our special occasion with them.
