TOPS’L Tides 704 - The condo was exactly what we were hoping it would be. The entire building was clean and well maintained. The condo was comfortable and easily fit a group of 6. Loved the location on the beach and views of the beach from the balcony. Lots of amenities within the resort and great location near shopping and dining. Would definitely book this again!

Our favorite place to stay in Destin! Everything is clean and well kept. The restaurant/bar at the pool sets this place apart from other beachfront condo buildings.

Great condos with great views, just very hard for us older ones to get to the beach because it’s a Long walk to pool then long walk to beach with no clear instructions on how to get there. Chairs and umbrellas are small and way overpriced.

We stayed in Unit 802 and it was spacious, had everything we needed, but could use just a little updating. I would stay in this unit again however, I will never stay at tops'l again. The beaches were entirely too crowded and the beach chair situation is an absolute racket with the company they allow to handle the rentals. They crammed 4 rows of chairs and then we rented 8 chairs and 4 umbrellas and they charged us an automatic 20% gratuity because they said they had to set them up differently which was a lie. We had to ask every single morning for them to put us together. When we didn't tip them after already paying a 20% gratuity, they purposely placed our chairs as far away as they could at the far end of the other building we were staying at just to be prics. Again, this unit was great and Tops'l overall is very nice and family oriented but unless you enjoy being packed on the beach, I would stay away.

Great place to vacation...only downfall for me...the gym is not on the property have to drive to the gym and it closes at 8:00 and it's not 24 hours...

Tops’l has gone downhill since Vacasa management has taken over. Our family used to own a unit here which is why it was very apparent the lack of upkeep. Pool is dungy, trash overflowing, elevator button to go up was broken off which meant you had to hope someone came down for you to get in the elevator. Only nice thing is the access to a nice beach. If you leave anything, be prepared they charge $25 just to “look for it”. We left a pillow on the bed which clearly would be readily spotted, but it basically would be $40 to recover with shipping. Terrible money gauging management, your money is better spent elsewhere.
Horrible experience, rented from Best Beach Getaway .Never told use the place was under renovations, dirt, noise, construction workers. Workers were on scaffolding looking at us, workers coming into the unit to paint, stunk up the whole unit. Offered a refund then once we left they never reimbursed us anything. Horrible way to spend a 40th wedding anniversary....never going back again.

Wonderful tennis lessons & clinics. Amazing massage therapist Cat on site. Beware of booking through anyone other than Vacasa as pictures were NOT what we got on Booking.com- showed a full galley kitchen & got a half fridge and microwave and 30 year old coffee maker. Sad ocean view and barely could see it. Other than that GREAT Shittle service to beach & $50 a day to rent chairs & umbrella. Good food & drinks onsite. Wonderful security service to help us when we locked out of rooms!

I had suite 1402. Comfy beds, amazing balcony with terrific views, lovely suite. Beware, there is no way to stream anything on the TV's, just basic horrible cable. The sofa is kinda old and so low to the floor you can't hardly stand up from it. While there is an extra large tub with jets, they would not turn on. Still a nice tub. Otherwise no complaints.
