“I am not sure why this location has such bad reviews. While I don't come here a whole lot, my food is always nice and hot and the staff is always nice. Maybe I just come on good days. Lol.My only grip is that their wings could be fried a little harder. The first time I had the hot n' spicy from KFC was in Europe back in July; in Geneve specifically. So just recently was my first time having them here in the states and I have to say Europe cooked them better. The batter and skin of the wings I received here weren't an as crispy wing. However, I have had their nuggets and they were delicious. Needless to say I will be back but may not necessarily try the wings again or maybe I can ask for them to be fried hard.“

“Tried the Mac n cheese bowl as a meal combo. I didn't realize it had hot sauce so it was lucky I was able to eat it. I got the fries as a side. I loved the fries, the Mac n cheese and the chicken. Next time I will ask for no hot sauce and see how it is.“

“This Chick-fil-A location is surprisingly never busy, which is quite unusual for the chain known for its long lines and high demand. However, one thing that stands out is the noticeable division of labor between the employees. Outside, only guys are working in the sun, while inside, almost all the staff are girls, except for one girl who is outside under an umbrella, seemingly more relaxed.

It's hard not to feel sorry for the guys working outside in the intense Miami summer heat. The contrast between their situation and the cooler conditions inside is stark. While the girl outside has some shade, it's still not comparable to the comfort of air conditioning. This imbalance in working conditions is something that definitely needs to be addressed by management.

Improving the rotation of staff between indoor and outdoor duties could make a big difference. Ensuring everyone gets a fair share of time in the more comfortable indoor environment would help alleviate the burden on those braving the heat. This adjustment would not only improve the morale of the employees but also create a more equitable and efficient working environment. Despite the lack of crowds, addressing these issues would enhance the overall operation of this Chick-fil-A location.“

“I don’t usually complain, but my iced coffee wasn’t made to my liking, it was much too dark, and the milk-to-coffee ratio just wasn’t right. It honestly took a lot for me to get out of my car and ask for it to be remade. When I did, it was remade the same way and still not to my satisfaction.

That’s when Ra’Niya stepped in and completely turned the experience around. She offered to make the coffee herself, and it came out perfect. Both she and the manager reassured me that it was no problem at all to remake it and took the time to ask about my preferences. Thanks to them, I now know my perfect iced coffee order, half cold brew, half milk, with two pumps of vanilla.

I was so impressed by the care and kindness Ra’Niya showed that I went back again today, and she delivered the same amazing service. It’s the small things like this that make such a big difference and keep me coming back.“

Southern sweet tea advertisement was not that all. I purchased two drinks but was home could not return. They both tasted awful. The coleslaw was just ok . People were friendly.“
