“Had the pleasure of being served and taken care of by Randy !!! His attentive to our order , our questions and concerns were amazing.
He had the patience of a saint , we are a family of 5 with different paletes and appetite.
The restaurant was clean, staff was helpful.
Manager Daniela was very hands on as well.
Their professionalism is top tier!!!

“I’ve been going to Dave’s hot chicken nearly everyday and the chicken is truly superb. The best chicken you’ll ever eat. Aswell as the amazing service, especially from Mina. “stopped by this place on my way back from the beach for some thai food and couldn't be happier! the food was absolutely delicious and reminded me of authentic thai food back in Thailand! I order the krapow with crispy pork belly and egg on top and it brings me back to the amazing food in Thailand! highly recommend this place and the staff were very friendly and helpful when I was ordering too!! will definitely be back <3“

“First time going to PDQ, and I have to say the food was great! The employees were respectful and patient. Specifically, Jose was awesome! It was heavily raining and thundering and they were closing. We were waiting out the rain, and he offered to take us to the car with an umbrella. I truly haven’t seen such hospitality in a long long time. I appreciated his gesture and thanked him for the hospitality. I will definitely be coming back to this restaurant. 100/100“

This is the best place for a family meal! We really enjoy the friendly atmosphere and the high-quality food. The chicken sandwiches and nuggets are always a hit with the kids, and everything tastes so fresh. The staff here goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need with a smile. “We stopped in heading to the airport for a quick meal. This is one of the cleanest Chic Fil A’s I have been in, and that says a lot because most are very clean. “I’ve been coming here for a while and the food is always fresh and consistent. The chicken is flavorful, portions are good, and the chop-chop bowls never disappoint. Staff is usually friendly and service is pretty quick even during busy hours. The manager never misses a beat and keeps everything running smoothly, even when it gets packed. Definitely one of my go-to spots when I want something fast but still filling and healthy for Chicken Kitchen.“

“Winner, winner chicken breakfast! From the moment you walk into Chick-fil-A, it’s obvious this place operates on a different level. Staff are everywhere — greeting guests, directing traffic, cleaning tables, taking orders with incredible speed — all while somehow making the experience feel calm and welcoming rather than rushed.
Now for the food: spicy chicken on one of the best biscuits I’ve had in years, delicious mini chicken sliders, perfectly crisp hash browns, and decadent chocolate chip cookies that disappear far too quickly.
What impressed me most was the attention to detail. Very reasonable prices, premium Tropicana juices, the largest condiment selection I’ve ever seen in a fast-food restaurant, and even fresh flowers on the tables. It proves that profitability does not have to come from cutting corners.

During my visit, he handled a shockingly disrespectful and condescending customer with calm, grace, and courtesy the entire time. “went to 12000 NW 7th Ave store in North Miami. Ordered 2 grilled 1/2 chicken platters (dark) at drive thru. They had no black beans. When I got home they had enclosed burnt dry recooked chicken. Pieces were wing, breast, and leg quarter (not dark). Called customer service and also filled out concern on website. No positive response received.“
