“went to 12000 NW 7th Ave store in North Miami. Ordered 2 grilled 1/2 chicken platters (dark) at drive thru. They had no black beans. When I got home they had enclosed burnt dry recooked chicken. Pieces were wing, breast, and leg quarter (not dark). Called customer service and also filled out concern on website. No positive response received.“

“Quick service. Chicken was ok. Rice and beans. Plenty of parking, bathrooms was filthy, that's why 4 stars instead of 5.
Line of people was not so big, but still had to wait like 10 min to get my order.
Overall not bad.“
