“went to 12000 NW 7th Ave store in North Miami. Ordered 2 grilled 1/2 chicken platters (dark) at drive thru. They had no black beans. When I got home they had enclosed burnt dry recooked chicken. Pieces were wing, breast, and leg quarter (not dark). Called customer service and also filled out concern on website. No positive response received.“

“Honestly I'm never too happy about the management and team here at this location but today I was greeted by Chris. Let me tell you, customer service was on point, he was friendly, nice, didn't miss nothing in my order and I left happy for the first time😂 Thanks to Chris for the excellent customer service, I'll definitely ask for him to take my order next time coming here!“

“Out of all the locations, this one and the Alton Road location in South Beach are my favorites. However, this North Miami location has something truly special. The food feels more homemade, especially the chicken it’s fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious.

“We came in for dinner and I am so glad that I finally came here. The staff was so friendly. The restaurant was so clean and the food was amazing. I had the chicken tenders which were absolutely phenomenal tasted great and I had the buffalo blue and the creamy garlic sauce, which was great as well. The waffle fries were awesome and the garlic toast was awesome as well. The Reese shake was great and the price was definitely right. I wish that we had one of these close by me, but I’m glad that I came here on a business trip.“

They give you napkins and straws with sauces. Tried the waffle chicken sandwich. Was hot and ready. Not the spicy one. Comes with maple syrup. Fries were hot and yummy. Had a diet coke. They have lots of chicken item and salads. They even serve breakfast. Not open on Sundays. Sign up for the app you get free items like a free chicken sandwich. Parking lot was very tight and busy.“

“Winner, winner chicken breakfast! From the moment you walk into Chick-fil-A, it’s obvious this place operates on a different level. Staff are everywhere — greeting guests, directing traffic, cleaning tables, taking orders with incredible speed — all while somehow making the experience feel calm and welcoming rather than rushed.

Now for the food: spicy chicken on one of the best biscuits I’ve had in years, delicious mini chicken sliders, perfectly crisp hash browns, and decadent chocolate chip cookies that disappear far too quickly.

What impressed me most was the attention to detail. Very reasonable prices, premium Tropicana juices, the largest condiment selection I’ve ever seen in a fast-food restaurant, and even fresh flowers on the tables. It proves that profitability does not have to come from cutting corners.

Went for the tenders combo with fries, a soda, their soft buttery bread (my absolute favorite), and the cole slaw on the side, that it is a must for me, such a must lineup. Everything tasted fresh, hot, and consistent as always. The service is always upbeat and welcoming. It's not the closest location to me, but the good vibes and reliable food make the extra drive an easy choice. The ambiance is also pretty chill. You do have to be very cautious that a line of car dosen't get you of you are really hungry because it can get pretty packed.“
