went to 12000 NW 7th Ave store in North Miami. Ordered 2 grilled 1/2 chicken platters (dark) at drive thru. They had no black beans. When I got home they had enclosed burnt dry recooked chicken. Pieces were wing, breast, and leg quarter (not dark). Called customer service and also filled out concern on website. No positive response received.
Here the chicken taste so good. They maintain the flavor not like others pollo tropical
