“I had a wonderful experience at Calibration Bakery. The service was excellent from the moment we arrived, and the food quality was truly a 10 out of 10. We indulged in the chicharon and pan de bonos, and they were absolutely delicious — easily some of the best-tasting appetizers we’ve had.

The homemade hot sauce was superior to others I’ve tried and paired perfectly with the chicharon and a squeeze of lime. It really elevated the flavors and made the experience even better.

Although we chose not to dine inside due to the parking area, indoor seating is available for customers who prefer to eat there. Overall, the flavors, freshness, and customer service made this a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!“

“I got the salchipapapas it was perfect!!!! Hot delicious lots of cheese, sausage and sauce. The people working aren’t the type who are overly friendly but they are nice, efficient, smiling and ok with me. I don’t know what everyone’s problem is??
The other food being served looked delicious. My food was enough for 2 people. At 10-10:30. There were about 10 people. Pretty busy.“

“Most wont notice this local dive spot. But if you want excellent Colombian food. You can not really get must better the tienda Vieja in the Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood area. You get super tasty Colombian comfort food. Huge portions and at an outstanding price. The pork belly is fanstastic. They have one of the best beans and rice in South Florida. Then finish the meal off with some really good Columbian coffee. This local spot is a hidden gem of taste for the pallet.“

There was a line when I walked in but all the ladies in the front brought the line down quick and I was in and out very quickly. Going to try the breakfast special next time I go!
