I don’t go to Dunkin’ Donuts very often, but today I was craving a sweet iced drink because it’s been pretty hot. … Its hit or miss, most times servers are fine but not friendly at all, first thing when I was at the front counter staff walked away with my credit card and charged me at the drive up window (very strange if my card is hacked/ compromised I will be calling the police) second stood at the pick up counter for 8 minutes after I ordered, they gave food/ order to others and didn’t even ask me if I needed something, when I asked about my coffee (black with nothing else) they said...
I walked in at 6:45om and asked for 5 coffee jars for 50 people. Melissa was very nice educating us about big orders needed to be placed with 24 hrs notice. She did her best effort in providing us with good customer service. Her co- worker was not so happy about our order but at the end they did provide us with what we walked in for..
