I placed an order this morning to pick up at the restaurant inside of the lobby. The restaurant looked closed. As i walked up to the door i saw an employee behind the counter engaged in a conversation with another employee on the opposite side of the counter. I tugged on the door several times. And they ignored me. I proceeded to get in my car as I was driving away, I noticed that the employees were looking in my direction. The drive through was not that busy and took forever for us to be able to talk to someone. Once we got our food they managed to make one of three orders right but that was it. I had gotten a Big Mac and the middle bun used for my sandwich was stale. Was one of the worst experiences I have had in a while with a fast food place.

So by the time you place the order and pick it up in the drive-thru, the food is cold already. Especially the french fries they're extremely soggy. I know it's really hard to keep french fries fresh considering they are greasy product but it is a little upsetting when you just pull out of the drive-thru and they're already soggy.
