She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, checked in with perfect timing, and carried herself with genuine warmth and professionalism. The food was great, but Jasmin’s service truly made the evening memorable. We’ll definitely be back and hope to have her again! She always knows my order without me having to tell her. “Bon Appetit has new owners and a new name. The food is EXCELLENT and the new owner is very friendly and kind. The restaurant has been very slow at the times I have visited. I believe the new owner is still working on the anesthetics for the restaurant to be more enticing to their patrons. This restaurant is worth you trying. You won't regret the authentic creole flavors of their menu.“

“Our waitress Chelsea was an absolute pleasure. She was very attentive and always had a smile on her face. (Colgate smile, love it!) I ordered the chicken mango salad and it was good but the chicken was a little on the dry side, however, the ingredients of everything together was terrific!
The ambiance was definitely on par. There was live music, evening Christmas lights, and a subtle breeze that made this place such a relaxing experience. We were a party of 3 and they seated us immediately on a Saturday night.

“We had the best dinner at a local Plantation restaurant - we highly recommend Burtons Grill & Bar! The service was amazing, everyone was so friendly and accommodating and even the Manager came over to our table to thank us. I had a beautiful (large) salad topped with Thai steak and it was healthy and delicious. Ron almost always orders a burger and it was cooked perfectly with a large amount of awesome fries. The nice thing we liked about it, also, is that there is a lovely outdoor patio with fans and very comfortable. Our server was delightful, and we noticed that ALL of the servers were smiling and attentive to everyone! Oh, yes, we will be back!!“

The management team and staff are top notch. We took mom for her 78th bday and had an issue with our reservation. Ian and team went above and beyond and I mean way above and beyond to rectify the issue. I felt like we were in a top notch county club with all of the staff taking care of us. J Alexander’s is the real deal company. They actually care about their guests. That’s hard to find nowadays. We will be back and continue to tell everybody about how phenomenal the management, service and of course the delicious always consistent food is.“

The soups were outstanding, flavorful and enjoyed by those who ordered them. The sampler platter and schnitzel were delicious. The dessert of the pancakes was a welcome surprise. You could taste the cinnamon and butter, and were quite addictive. As many times as I have dined here, I have never been disappointed. “Great food at a really good price. The server was more than helpful in finding something I’d like and telling me a bit about the restaurant. The bbq is not smoked in the traditional sense. Rather it is cooked over a wood fire and gets its Smokey flavor from that.

ABIAKA at the Seminole Hard Rock blew me away. The food was excellent, but the real standout was Nicole, who delivered some of the best service I’ve ever experienced. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made the entire night feel special.

A big thank-you to Kerry, the General Manager, for personally checking in and making sure everything was perfect.
