I ended up with the Strawberry Dream Lotus—SO good! My kids loved their vanilla bean drink and shared a massive chocolate chip cookie. The space is inviting with tons of seating, fun items to browse or buy, a sweet chalkboard area for kids, and even a shelf of books to borrow or enjoy while you’re there. It felt warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in. We’ll definitely be back!”

“I usually order online and I go pick it up I don't feel I should have to tip to keep Tokyo Express in business. I also feel it's very rude of the employees to be yelling in their language as you're walking out it makes you feel like they're talking about you I don't speak Vietnamese. If I dined in their store then a tip should be left but not for pickup.”

“We always switch up between delivery, carry out and dine-in. Regardless, the service and the food are TOP NOTCH. My 7 year old son is on a first name basis with majority of the crew and they are so patient with him when he wants to order himself. Not that we NEED to order, because most of the time the just ask if we want our usual. lol Hungry Howies Pace crew have always been kind, professional, efficient and over all caring and we really did hit the jackpot with the crew they have. 💕”

Food is decent enough for a sandwich.
Service is what you'd expect with teenage employees.
Atmosphere, ehhh. I would suggest they clean a little better and work on the syrup to carbon ratio.

I wouldn't pick them over their competitors since they have raised their prices so drastically. When they were the obvious choice for fast and cheap, we ate there a lot. But the kids like them, and sometimes it's just what we do.

Vegetarian options: Lots of veggies but not always fresh.”
