“Stopped in for the first time today and had such a great experience! I don’t drink coffee, but the barista was super helpful and recommended something I’d enjoy. I ended up with the Strawberry Dream Lotus—SO good! My kids loved their vanilla bean drink and shared a massive chocolate chip cookie. The space is inviting with tons of seating, fun items to browse or buy, a sweet chalkboard area for kids, and even a shelf of books to borrow or enjoy while you’re there. It felt warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in. We’ll definitely be back!”

“I usually order online and I go pick it up I don't feel I should have to tip to keep Tokyo Express in business. I also feel it's very rude of the employees to be yelling in their language as you're walking out it makes you feel like they're talking about you I don't speak Vietnamese. If I dined in their store then a tip should be left but not for pickup.”

“We let the kids pick their back to school dinner and ordered a couple of pizzas, this past Monday (their first day back). The pizza was great & we were given plenty of napkins & plates. But I also wanted to give a shout out and compliment the lady that was working and answering phones that night. I didn't catch her name. I had a question regarding my order and spoke with her, since my kids were the ones who ran in to grab the food. She was extremely polite and very kind & helpful! “They always treat me like I am the only person in the room, I was in line and the two elderly wemon behind me were hosting a birthday party for their 90 year old grandmother, they were treated like princesses the whole time and left with a guinuine love on their faces, this will always be my favorite Subway shop❤”

“I just ordered Steamed Shrimp and Vegetables. It was absolutely wonderful. It was simply that, not in any sauce . The tue flavors of the shrimp and vegetables came out and were cooked perfectly, no sauces or seasoning competing. Served quickly and very hot. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“It's a normal Subway... everything you'd expect.

Food is decent enough for a sandwich.
Service is what you'd expect with teenage employees.
Atmosphere, ehhh. I would suggest they clean a little better and work on the syrup to carbon ratio.

I wouldn't pick them over their competitors since they have raised their prices so drastically. When they were the obvious choice for fast and cheap, we ate there a lot. But the kids like them, and sometimes it's just what we do.

“I normally don’t have a great experience when I eat fast food but that changed the other day when I came into your store for lunch. It was a busy afternoon drive thru was lined out to road, inside was no different. Anyway I was placing my order at the counter and this customer was alongside of me describing his issue with his order. Apparently it was the second time he had to come back and he was not happy. He began to verbally undress one of the crew members and had the poor kid very frazzled. Anyway at this time the line was getting backed up, drive thru came to a halt and a gentleman named Brandon stepped in defusing the situation taking care of the customers needs, also at the same time uplifting his subordinate and getting him refocused and cracking a joke to break the tension and in doing so got everything moving again like a finely tuned watch. You don’t normally see that kind of talent these days and it’s a breath of fresh air when I do! Great job Brandon, next time I’m back in town I’ll definitely be back to grab lunch!”
