I ended up with the Strawberry Dream Lotus—SO good! My kids loved their vanilla bean drink and shared a massive chocolate chip cookie. The space is inviting with tons of seating, fun items to browse or buy, a sweet chalkboard area for kids, and even a shelf of books to borrow or enjoy while you’re there. It felt warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in. We’ll definitely be back!”

“I usually order online and I go pick it up I don't feel I should have to tip to keep Tokyo Express in business. I also feel it's very rude of the employees to be yelling in their language as you're walking out it makes you feel like they're talking about you I don't speak Vietnamese. If I dined in their store then a tip should be left but not for pickup.”

“We let the kids pick their back to school dinner and ordered a couple of pizzas, this past Monday (their first day back). The pizza was great & we were given plenty of napkins & plates. But I also wanted to give a shout out and compliment the lady that was working and answering phones that night. I didn't catch her name. I had a question regarding my order and spoke with her, since my kids were the ones who ran in to grab the food. She was extremely polite and very kind & helpful! I wanted to thank her again and we definitely recommend this location to anyone in the area.”

“They always treat me like I am the only person in the room, I was in line and the two elderly wemon behind me were hosting a birthday party for their 90 year old grandmother, they were treated like princesses the whole time and left with a guinuine love on their faces, this will always be my favorite Subway shop❤”

“It's a normal Subway... everything you'd expect.

Food is decent enough for a sandwich.
Service is what you'd expect with teenage employees.
Atmosphere, ehhh. I would suggest they clean a little better and work on the syrup to carbon ratio.

I wouldn't pick them over their competitors since they have raised their prices so drastically. When they were the obvious choice for fast and cheap, we ate there a lot. But the kids like them, and sometimes it's just what we do.

Vegetarian options: Lots of veggies but not always fresh.”
