Ordered over the phone, picked up 5 minutes before pick up time. Drove home 3 minutes away. Stone cold fries (burger not much better) and no dressing on salad. Asked for no ice in the soda however of course there was ice. And they want a tip for carry out! Not worth eating out or carry out anymore☹️

If you don’t care about your customers you shouldn’t be in the customer service business. Companies seem to forget that they are where they are because of us, your customers!! If we see stop buying your company will not be successful!Treat your customer as yo would like to be treated!!Unbelievable, ordered Ubereats Chilli from Lady Lake and they were on there way by the time I got home!! Came in at 5 not a soul in sight. Kept getting looked at by the host and manager. Took 10 minutes for them to acknowledge my party of 7 mind you, the place was empty! Tried to do the right thing and called to speak with manager and of course no one answering! Ale house sat us in 10 min food was great, service was great. They will put Chilis out of business for sure!! Shame on this establishment the absolute worst and won’t be back!

We were greeted as soon as we came in the door, we were seated immediately, and we were offered drinks as soon as we sat down. Definitely a great start. Our food was served in a timely manner and it was all good! We will definitely be back! Thank you to all the staff that made our night a great night after the terrible experience we had at Applebee's! Take notes Applebee's! Chili's just took your spot on the list!

I have visited the Mt Dora location 2 times in the last 2 weeks. Both times using the curbside pick up and Both times were a disaster. Last week, I sat in my car 20 minutes past the pickup time and they messed up my order. Tonight I waited about 25 minutes. 2 other cars came and parked they waited awhile and then went in to pick up their orders. I decided to head into the pickup area to ask about my order. The girl working was walking my food out at the same time. I asked if it was in #5 where I was, and she said"YEP" I started to tell her this was the end time this had happened when she proceeded to tell me how busy they were and that she didn't know what to tell me.I was shocked by her response. As she walked away she continued talking under her breath.I can understand people being busy, maybe adjust your wait times when busy, you have our phone number and email let us know or at least have good customer service and be nice and people would be more understanding. Just a thought. She was so rude and because of her and my last 2 experiences, I absolutely will NOT be back. I'll spend my $50-$100 elsewhere.I only put 1 star because I had to.

Didn’t really get a chance to eat. Low on staff due to the new opening of a couple of restaurants in the area. Kitchen was backed up an hour and they would not seat us until they caught.I guess the wait says something.
