My last visit at Chilli's Grill & Bar, located at the Village, in Lakeland, FL, was not too pleasant. For some reason, people forgot that they are not eating at their house. A lot of noise, loud conversations, etc, etc. On top of that, I was the honey and sweet heart of my waitress all afternoon. I think that was a lack of respect to me, as a customer and as a person.
