My last 2 visits to your Gainesville Florida restaurants were dismal. This was within a 8 day period. The first time the order was wrong and this was after a very lengthy wait. Today the food and service was very good but again tge wait time for our breakfast was extremely long, over a 1/2 hour after our order was placed. The excuse both times were “ staffing issues and new cook”

This Perkins used to be so friendly and great !
Now I can’t believe how horrible their customers service has become !
I dumped my order and decided to go to the small local places in our downtown area.
Sad to see this happening to this place.
Hopefully you will find better help, because last Year Thanksgiving was better .
( Never had bad service here before )
