Our last visit was bad, the server took 20 minutes to come to our table. We ordered our meal and asked to change some items. The server said he had to check with the manager. 20 minutes passed, and finally returned and informed us they couldn't substitute. The Manager Mike come over to us and did a made it happen. Mike SAVE THE DAY.

This location is sad. Dirty, slow and the food is so bland and disappointing. The servers are nice but the rest was terrible. It's the quality of the location that is not good. Needs a big revamp all around. Also the "bake shop" lol the case looked gross and the selection was pitiful. Bathroom was dirty and had painters tape still up on the wall. Flies in the dining room. Just looks and feels junky.

Really bad experience feb 28 2024 around 2 with the entire crew. Place was empty but had to flag a waitress after waiting 5 minutes. She was visibly pissed off that we had to make a scene. I asked for Choc ice cream but she said no choc only vanilla. I replied ok vanilla. Then she came back and said we dont have any ice cream at all. I had a very strong feeling that she actually had ice cream, but just wanted us to leave.That entire crew needs to be replaced permanently.
