The Bar-B-Q is just so tender and falls right off the bone, it makes it effortless to eat, and it has just enough bit of char on the outer edges to help give it just that little bit of extra flavor. Their own custom sauces are amazing, you can tell these folks put passion into what they cook and wouldn't want to do anything else if they didn't have to.
Omg the sauces are amazing! The ribs are fall off the bone tender too:) and I crave the pork sliders with pulled pork, Cole slaw on a bun. I love putting the brown sauce on them. So yummy
