Everything took an exhorbitant amount of time to arrive, the server to take our order, the drinks & the food. Chicken Tikka Massala tasted sweet, not Indian authentic... our first & last visit here.. sorry...

The samosa chaat was amazing. I got the chicken tikka masala as mild, and it wasn't flavorful. The garlic naan was flavorful.

Great Indian food and really nice staff. Many different types of naan bread and the biryani sections were very good.

Went here for my daughter's birthday. I have been many times before as well. The restaurant is nice and food is good. The server we had was clearly new and struggled with taking a simple order. But I'm sure that's more of a rarity there. The butter chicken and cheese Naan were amazing as always. My only complaint on the food was the rice portion was small. Very skimpy on the rice. But overall a great meal.

The food was average and rather bland and the service was very poor. My wife and I arrived at the restaurant a few minutes before six and there were only about six or eight other customers there. However, when the waitress came over to get our order, she was in a big hurry and took off before I could add appetizers to our meal. We then sat there until about 6:45 when we got our meal without a waiter checking on us. As soon as the meal was delivered, we got the same treatment. The wait staff ignored us. Consequently, I cannot recommend this restaurant since I would not eat there again myself.

We have always gone to this restaurant when we visit Mt. Dora. We went today and did not have a good experience. There was only one other customer in the restaurant but we were ignored and the service when it came was very slow. They've increased their prices for lunch to dinner costs and there was not much food- along with it wasn't very good- burnt nan bread, dirty serving dishes. I doubt we will eat at this restaurant again.

The atmosphere is very welcoming. However if they have more then three people seated in be warned ur food will come out very late. I came in there was 3 people seated and we ordered some appetizers and some food and then the waitress took the other people’s food three more walked in at this point. The turning point for me and my man was when everyone else got their meals and we didn’t even get our appetizers. It took way too long to get an order of samosas as our appetizers and we finished two whole mango lassis and two whole drinks by that point. We saw the table next to us and across us get their whole food and we were getting so hangry. The food was decent at that point but it depends on the day u go in. If it’s more then two people just be cautious. People have bad days and I think they were just way too busy all day they are the only Indian food in that area.

I went to this place for new years and was very excited for some fire food but what I got was the absolute worst food poisoning I’ve ever had in my life. I ordered the lamb curry which by the was incredibly bland. I’ve had good lamb curry before, and that was literally water and meat with rice. So usually when I’ve had food poisoning in the past I’ll throw up most once or twice, I threw up 4 time, violently mind you. I missed my new year’s celebration and was up all night vomiting and just feeling like the absolutely worst. I started feeling nauseous just a half an hour after finishing my curry. And it all just went downhill from there. I will never be eating here again after that awful experience and I caution anyone who does, make sure you don’t work the next day or 2 because you’re gonna need it to recover.

Normally I don't leave a bad review, but the service was very slow and most of the food was lukewarm. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant was nice, but some of the food did not taste freshly made and was cold. It also was not as flavorful as other places we go to. I would potentially try it again in the future, but for now I would only give 1/5 stars.

Went with my gf. Great service overall! Ordered chicken samosa which was good but exterior was very salty. Came with sweet dressing (chile maybe?) and like a spicy cilantro pesto, very good. Naan was burnt to the point it was not enjoyable. The butter chicken left a lot to be desired. The chicken pieces were small and few and far between. The tomato sauce had curry in it and was very tomato-y. Reminded me more of chicken tikka masala which I like but I ordered butter chicken. Cost $70 for both of us which I couldn't believe. Probably wouldn't go back. I'll stick to cooking my own Indian food in this area, sighs.

Excellent Indian cuisine and very friendly service. Every dish we’ve tried has been wonderful, including the dal, butter chicken, tikka masala and korma dishes. New favorite appetizer is the Malpe Shrimp. Order it with naan so you can scoop up the remaining seasoning!
