The restaurant was very busy and we had made a reservation. We arrived a few minutes early and we were greeted by a very nice young man. We could see that it was going to be awhile, but we were not concerned. They kept telling us how sorry they were, (they were short handed) and the owner/chef even came out to thank us for being so patient. We were seated and the chef came out and apologized again. I can't say enough about this place! The service is always so sincerely personal. Chef Gianni himself often comes around to our table to ask how we are enjoying our evening. The dishes are mouth-watering. I highly recommend the secchettini pasta if you want a combination of the slighty sweet and savory. My other recommendation is the pasta al salmon. It's my favorite.
