Booked a room and went to check in and was told the Bayview room wasn’t ready yet or we could take a room on the first floor right then. We opted to come back later to check in and get a better room with a view. When we went to check in the second time, we were told there were no rooms available except the one on the first floor. Exceptional location walking distance to the local events and fifth ave fun at night beautiful river views our fav hotel when we take a jaunt to Naples.
The most rude and disrespectful bartender, actually person I have ever encountered! Made anti America comments. Was allowed to continue with his rude comments and disgusting behavior! Ruined our entire stay!
