Brio Tuscan Grille Reviews
The GM is destroying this place!
He needs to step down so that this place has a future!
I as a customer tried to have a conversation with him. The server then proceeded to tell me he was too busy and have them handle it.
In the meantime I watched him on the kitchen line doing absolutely nothing
If this is how guests are dealt with.
A person being paid that much money and too lazy to speak to a guest on their concerns.
No Thank You won’t be be back ever again
Food was very good, we had amazing service. Everything came out so quickly and it was an enjoyable experience.
Celebrated my birthday at Brio with my family! Everything was great! Food’s delicious! And they sang Happy Birthday with some tiramisu.

Brio Italian Grille offers a varied menu, from delectable salads to flavorful entrees like Salmon Fresca and risotto dishes with scallops and shrimp. Customers praise the attentive service, with many noting the friendly and personable staff. The restaurant features a beautiful, tranquil environment that is great for romantic occasions. Guests recommend making reservations online for a smoother seating process. The spaghetti bolognese is not greasy or overly salty, and the Chicken Limone is excellent. The wait staff has improved and is personable, understanding, and responsive. Recent visitors have described their experiences as the best meals they’ve had in a long time. The atmosphere remains perfect for enjoying a special night out, with staff going above and beyond to ensure guests feel like royalty. The Shrimp and Lobster Fettuccine was absolutely delicious—rich, flavorful, and with generous portions of seafood. The lamb chops were cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and full of flavor. Portion sizes were impressive, and the presentation was nice. However, the Chicken Salad choice on the $14.99 special menu was a disappointment, with a very small portion and omitted gorgonzola. The restaurant charges for bread and butter, and the place can be extremely cold with booths in bad condition.
