Despite a negative experience with one staff member, the ice cream itself was tasty and worth a visit. The customer service received while ordering a custom ice cream cake was exceptional, with the staff being patient, helpful, and providing a variety of options. The caramel ice cream cake with chocolate waffle cone pieces was a hit, and the hope is to try the chocolate Belgium ice cream cake topped with Oreo cookies for an upcoming birthday celebration. Overall, Häagen-Dazs is a great choice for satisfying your ice cream cravings.
