This place smells like mold! It hits you as soon as you walk in the door… they have a dog bowl out front that is always empty- strange for such a dog friendly area… the woman who works there is less than friendly, never smiles.. sad. Don’t even ask her for water for the dog bowl- even if you’re buying ice cream!! It’s an ice cream store- should be a happy experience, not a drag!

Showed up 25 min before closing 05/17 to order some one-scoops in either bowls or cones and the girl was insanely rude. Literally slamming the cooler doors after scooping ice cream and talking to us like dogs ?

Went to haagen-Dazs in waterside girl was such a bitch to us. I asked the difference between 2 flavors and she gave me such a bitchy attitude and acted like I knew what was in the flavor. When we asked for a shake she rolled her eyes and goes uhh. This was the worst service ever never coming back there again.

The owner leaves one person to work the counter. The line is long with one worker. At least 2 people should be there. The poor young people working. The owner should work the night shift and experience the lines. Shame on you!

We always get the milkshakes and they're pretty good eventhough there's not much choice re flavours... The girls at the counter not great though, it seems you annoy them. Odd.

They cram my 2 scoops of sorbet into a tiny kiddie cup. The top scoop is hanging over the side & ready to fall out. I ask for a larger more appropriate sized cup but the girl flat out refused to accommodate me for reasons only she understood. She clearly doesn’t like her job and has zero customer service skills. But this is the new normal in Naples because small shops can’t find or train decent help nowadays. Also, my wife’s banana split had fruit that was frozen solid - not fresh like previous visits. We won’t go back there.
