I went to Brio’s to have dinner with my wife and some friends before going to our show at the Artis and had a wonderful time there. My wife got the special Crispy Chicken Lemon which is the special our server Suli recommended and she absolutely loved it. She also suggested their Lobster and Shrimp fettuccine and was exceptional! Brio is not a bad restaurant but man is their service terrible. It was so bad that at one point we thought our server must have been on a lunch break. The restaurant wasn't even that busy. The food is good, I had the Sicilian pasta which was good but it needed one more shrimp and one less slice of artichoke heart to be great.

We hosted a group of nearly 30 at Brio Waterside and from the moment we chose the venue in January, to the moment we walked out the door in March, everything was a 10-star experience. The food was incredible, the service was white-glove, the dining area was perfect. We usually host this event somewhere else in Naples, but you'd be hard-pressed to get me to consider going there again. We are beyond grateful for the experience we received.
