A busy unusually cold Saturday night in Naples but a warm cozy evening! Service wonderful and very attentive! Delicious apps and chicken Milanese which they accommodated although not on the menu:) We will be back! Thx!

Food was dry and over cooked. My $40 steak ordered medium was VERY well done. Very loud and crowded and expensive for the quality of the food. Won't be returning.

Always great food and good ambience. Service was also very good. Biggest complaint was noise level. We had a table for 6 at 5pm, and by 6pm could barely converse. Glad they were busy, but wish they could decrease decibels.

We love Cafe Milano every time we come down to Marco Island and Naples- Special thanks to the excellent service we received from ALL the staff especially Tyler and Stefano!!! The atmosphere, the food, the service and the location make it the best Italian restaurant in the Naples area. We love their regular menu and specials and sometimes take advantage of their excellent happy hour menu which provides the excellent food at a phenomenal price.

We had a large group for lunch and basically there is not a lunch menu. There was a brunch menu but otherwise we had to order off a dinner menu with huge servings and extremely high prices for lunch. No one was really thrilled with their meal. Considering all the women who lunch together in Naples, I am not surprised this place was nearly empty. We don't need $40 entrees big enough to serve a huge man! The server was great though.
