We loved it, felt so welcoming and authentic Italian. The pastas were great, gelato and tuna tartare was the best. Thankfully my parents live in island walk and we will be back & get more delicious food and drinks by the pool too! Highly recommend.
We had friends join us for dinner at Caza Cotzelli. They were offering their 50% off all food on their menu, including specials. The restaurant was rocking it was full, but everything went very smoothly and service was great. Food was even better. Can't wait to go back. Casa Cotzelli is a hidden gem and a private community that you can access with reservations on OpenTable or by calling the restaurant and they let you in the gate with no problem.
I had a very nice meal. Zucchini parmigiana and what I would have referred to as antipasto (cheeses and meats), and both were very good. The spaghetti with tomato sause tosses in the parmesan cheese wheel was delicous. The Veal milanese was cooked perfectly, though the preparation was not typical (in lieu of the standard salad it was topped with onions and mushrooms) it was very well prepared and delicious.
