Gigi’s bakery did it again….from exceptional customer service to a wonderful baked good. This bakery delivered a beautiful cake based on my picture, to the smallest detail. The cake itself was delicious, fresh, and a complete success, so much that I didn’t get to eat any…..it was gone too soon.

Great customer service and everybody loved the cake. I contacted three other cuban bakeries before getting to Gigi's and most of the communication channels with clients didn't even work . Got to Gigi's with very little hopes and they saved my day. With only 2 days notice they made me the exact cake I wanted. Their food is delicious and their customer service is way above any other cuban bakery in Naples, Florida. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Based on the reviews, Gigi's Bakery and Deli is a bright, clean space with a great staff and awesome atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and very welcoming, with phenomenal service. The food is outstanding, fresh, and homemade. The bakery made an amazing Barbie Doll dress cake for a birthday that was absolutely beautiful and tasted incredible, moist, flavorful, and not overly sweet. A cake for a baby shower was also beautiful and tasted incredible, with that authentic Cuban bakery style. The ice coffee is fantastic, and the Matcha is a favorite. The delicious lunch special is more value for the money than most places in Naples. The deli options have generous portions and high-quality ingredients. The baked goods are the real highlight, and they are always coming up with different flavors that never miss. Gigi’s Bakery and Deli is an absolute gem and a must-visit.
