As a New Jersey transplant in florida, I can confidently say that I’ve never had such a good, indistinguishable cheesesteak here in florida in my entire 4 years of being here. While the service was very kind and friendly, the food was simply indescribable. It tasted exactly like back home, where the best cheesesteaks were at Sugar Hill in Mays Landing. I dare say, these cheesesteaks may be better. I am so in love with this place and I may have to literally refrain from returning here every single day. Thank you for this amazing experience.

The closest you’ll get to a south philly cheesesteak in Naples. A seedy roll, wiz , fried onions and loaded with meat. It was DELICIOUS! You get what you pay for! Love the Philly vibe inside too

I traveled from Georgia just to try one of their sandwiches, and I have to say it’s easily one of the best I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in until I left, the service was outstanding and a huge part of the experience. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and made great recommendations. The food was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. I’m already counting down the days until my next visit. . . My preferred seating is outdoors because the weather is beautiful but watch out for gecko’s lol their cute but I’m not much a fan of them.

The limited hours and the fact that they are always out of stock of something, shows your customer poor management and/or ordering responsibilities. It's really a shame because the product itself is delicious but availability is the key to success.
We had friends come into town and we ordered from here. We are from Philly suburbs so we’re excited to try an authentic cheese steak local. Unfortunately with the prices I didn’t realize how small a half was. I wish I took a picture. The sandwich was good but not great. For the high price I won’t be back. Friend said experience was good. Rolls were good . Cooper sharp is a must.

Unfortunately, the service experience was disappointing enough that I won’t be returning.
I initially attempted to order online, but the item I wanted didn’t allow the same customization options (adding lettuce and tomato) that other menu selections did. Since it seemed like a straightforward request, I drove to the location to inquire about placing an order in person.
From the moment I asked about the modification, the interaction with the cashier/owner (Nicole) was curt and unwelcoming. Her tone felt unnecessarily sharp, and her demeanor noticeably different from how other customers were being treated. I’m mindful that everyone has off days, and I try not to overreact — but the tension was consistent throughout the exchange.
Despite the interaction, I still placed the order and left a tip because I wanted to give the business a fair opportunity. While the sandwich tasted good, the overall experience didn’t justify the higher price point compared to other local options that offer both quality food and professional service.
I had hoped this would be my new neighborhood go-to. Unfortunately, the service overshadowed the food.
