Food was good. Stuffed mushrooms, Lobster bisque were excellent. Octopus was ok. Paella was seasoned and tasted great. Came out crazy hot which overcooked the seafood a little. Will go back though.
Our dinner was amazing! The food was excellent, we had the monthly menu and it was all delicious. We had dinner and a show with Brittny who made the experience top tier! Definitely recommend, will be back!
My wife & I went to Spain many years ago and this food is the most authentic we've had since! Such a great little place and the staff were amazing with our little boy. Cannot recommend enough!

Paella's Mediterranean Fusion is a small, quaint, family-owned restaurant offering a high-end dining experience at approachable and reasonably inexpensive prices. The menu is awesome, featuring three kinds of paella, nice tapas, and a great wine menu. Dishes like the outstanding octopus, succulent stuffed filet, divine desserts, excellent Sea Bass, and outstanding squid ink paella receive high praise. The seafood is incredibly fresh, with highlights including the Cioppino and Red Pepper and Pork Tenderloin Rolls. Service is frequently described as excellent and very good. Due to its size, making a reservation is recommended. They also offer specials like a $39 three-course dinner and a 20% food discount from 3:00-6:00. While most meals are celebrated, a rare critique mentions dry meat paella.
