“KFC made my day today! The food and hospitality was exactly what I needed midday. The music was on point, and chicken was incredible! The Mt. Dew Sweet Lightning was really good too. My bill was 13.13. My Bill # was 4285. I was born in 85. I was inspired by the great food and service to write this review. Big Shoutout to Heidi for providing great hospitality! “Been a few years since I visited a Pollo Tropical restaurant and today was a decent experience.
They got rid of the dipping sauce bar and self serve drinks. Now you have to ask for sauce and drink refills.
The chicken was good, but not fresh off the grill which is much better. All in all not a bad meal for $9. The nice part for me was that the place was empty which meant no line and my choice of tables to sit at.“

“Amazing food. Great service. Food is so good. There is a drive through. Plenty of parking in the plaza. There is also an option to place online orders at this store. I got a quesadilla grilled chicken wrap and 1/2 grilled chicken with 2 sides.“
