Definitely the worst Chipotle location of Naples. Either they are extremely understaffed, or are in DESPERATE need of new management. My friend placed an order (before it opened) and instead of actually making the order, they closed down and told him to call the corporate number for a refund, causing figurative chaos. Bowls from here are usually underportioned (maybe to the high volume of the store) and not as good as the few other locations in the Naples area. I definitely do not recommend this location for any avid Chipotle’rs, (also good luck finding parking.)

This location is inside the Mercado. This is supposed to be an upscale location, but out of all the Chipotles in Naples, this is by far the worst one. They do not care about customer service or cleaning nor stocking supplies. Pick up orders are never put on the pickup shelf, and they never supply the pickup bags with utensils and napkins. Maybe this location is consistently understaffed, but if that's not the case, I highly recommend New Management.

This was my go to location but they messed my order. They forgot rice on my bowl and my kids side. When I arrived my order was behind the counter and not on the pick up area .Cashier didn’t alknowledge me till another guest came in and was waiting as well.

I really tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt but, the last 3 delivery orders have been incorrect. I have a dairy allergy and they just love smothering stuff in sour cream even though it was not in my order. If you ever want delivery, pick a different location.
