Definitely the worst Chipotle location of Naples. Either they are extremely understaffed, or are in DESPERATE need of new management. My friend placed an order (before it opened) and instead of actually making the order, they closed down and told him to call the corporate number for a refund, causing figurative chaos. Ordered online arrived, no ordered located, staff didn't care and even when they eventually gave me the food it was awful.It may be popular amongst the younger crowd but it was very very poor
