Tire management is terrible. The set of tires I asked a quote on was $1600, Audi of Naples offered me the same tires for 1170 and tire kingdom for 1107. I will never be purchasing tires from Costco I advise everyone else save some money and avoid this spot at all cost.

Costco is always clean with a friendly staff. They have worked extremely hard during the pandemic ensuring all the carts were disinfected and they kept everything in an orderly fashion. I felt safe going into this Costco except for the few patrons that didn't want to wear their mask during the height of the pandemic. I watch the Costco employees play mask police which they shouldn't of had to but I'm glad they did.

For me Customer service is a must when it comes to Costo....i have to say, they are one of the best. When it comes to returns or looking for items at the store etc. Living up north and coming here is a fresh air.

Woman at the door (employee) tried to grab my arm because I didn't have a mask on. That was unnecessary. Very displeased.

I know that people more often review businesses when they are unhappy so I wanted to share an experience that was at the top of customer service. I have been a Costco member for over 10 years. I first want to congratulate them on being one of the first stores to require masks for everyone's safety. I ordered a 13 piece cookware set (only On Sale from Costco.com) knowing that if it wasn't what I expected I could return it to the store. It turned out to be exactly what I wanted but there was a tiny chip out of the non-stick coating on one of the pans (at the bottom of the box - of course). To get that one pan exchanged through the warranty with the manufacturer was going to be 6 to 8 weeks minimum! The thought of trying to repack all those pans correctly for a return to Costco was daunting. I called customer service at the Naples Costco to see if there was an alternative solution and they referred me to management. Natasha was very pleasant and understanding and was able to get the go ahead to make the pan switch for me. I went down and picked it up and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Now I have a perfect set of cookware so thank you Costco management and especially Natasha for coming up with a customer oriented solution!

Lived in Naples almost 30 years and loved the store WHEN it opened. Its just outgrown itself. We used to love their AMEX card and like everyone ended up with thier VISA. We bought a cell signal booster on it and returned it. It took 2 months for VISA to sort out the refund. AMEX it would be a few weeks tops. COSTO refered a local air conditioner company for our install. It was a distaster from beginning and still hasn't ended as slime build up on the coils. COSTCO hasn't had much to say about it, but they're happy getting that kick back from the AC company.

I am a Costco shopper. And this is the worst Costco I think I've ever been to. There were carts strewn everywhere. The bathroom was dirty. The toilet weren't flushed or wirking. AIsles have not been cleaned. I understand that it's difficult with Covid but the fact that the store was so poorly maintained was really disappointing.

Starting to be busy. Lots of Christmas items out already. Plenty of meat out and good prices. Winter clothing available even though we are in Naples, Florida. Food court has no seating area to enjoy anything you might buy. Always something to buy that you probably don’t need.

Today was the last day I go shopping to your Costco location in Naples,Fl One of your employees made sure of that her name is Sharon worst customer service I've ever seen, the lack of professionalism unbelievable I can't believe that she's working in your location in Naples Florida. We used to send our employees there to go shopping for a major corporation but now we will be taking our business over to Sam's you can thank Sharon for that. Sincerely EX Customer.

We have been visiting this Costco for years and are generally happy. There are a couple of employees with less than specular social skills, and it doesn't seem like anything changes after reporting it. To the Lady checking people out in the cafe, it is never okay to berate and belittle a customer for struggling to speak English. That was like an episode of So What Would You Do?I'm glad they are enforcing the mask rule, though I believe that now customers are relying on them to supply them so much that they are running out, leaving people inside without masks. I truly appreciate Costco doing their best to provide masks to all customers, and every company like Best Buy and Staples nearby could learn a thing or two.
