Does anyone speak english anymore? I wanted to order 20 donuts in small baggies, so I can hand them out to prospective clients, and no one could understand what I needed or wanted. The store was painfully dirty. And the employees cared more about their phone than they did the customers. One customer actually walked out. Shame on you for horrible service.Shame on you for not understanding what people want.

Everytime I come to this Dunkin, they’re always either rushing to get their lane time down, food quality is either cold or raw. Today, I’m typing this as I’m in the store. They got my order wrong for the loaded hash brown, I kindly asked them to make it warm for me. The second time they gave me the hash brown BURNT. As if I complained and they over did it. This isn’t my first time having an issue with this Dunkin. Now everytime they mess my order up. I’ll add a bad review. My bacon is always raw and not fully cooked, sometimes the maple bacon doesn’t even taste like maple bacon. Just know ,EVERYTIME MY ORDER IS MESSED UP, I’ll leave a bad review. I wouldn’t have this issues if people can just do their job right by following the instructions on how to make the food.

They really should take more care in what they are giving customers. When I got to the office and opened the bag I found one scorched bacon egg and cheese wrap. it wasn't edible.
