I come here all the time before work! There is a very sweet girl who takes ur order with brown/black hair usually in a braid. She’s awesome. She stands out in the cold sometimes! Today I went and placed my order and met a girl at the window who had a bob and acrylic nails who told me they didn’t have my order and “i didn’t place an order”. She also assumed i placed the order online? Then they found it? Very weird experience. I usually tip the bill at coffee places but not today. She was kind of rude. Did not enjoy her attitude. Different person should be working the window. Especially first thing in the morning.

Service was good, the employees were nice,the only thing I'm not happy is when I was enjoying my coffe one employee I think was the (supervisor)was talking in the phone so laud by my table I can't continue the conversation I have with my family because she was mad complaining about it wasn't enough productos (donuts ) .. make me feel very uncomfortable 😕 that wasn't professional.

Imagine trying to go to Dunkin for breakfast and the moment you get there your greeted with "how can I help you, how can I help you can you hear me" like how do you expect someone to order food and have some annoying lady who hardly speaks English rushing us to order and when you get to the window everyone is just simply standing around. When you ask the lady in the window, "What was the rush? What was the cause for not letting me think and order my food? " she said "oh were trying to be faster with our lines. " I would I understand if theres a couple more cars behind us? But we were the only ones & 2 cars in front that were barely leaving. If you don't wanna work, just say that, but don't be rushing someone thats trying to buy food from this establishment.
Two guys in the front walk around in circles while being awkwardly quiet. Have absolutely no communication skills what so ever. Did not even say “you’re welcome” to a very kind customer in front of us. I left because how the hell can they make my order if they can’t even speak
