I had mentioned it was to celebrate a birthday three different times and no one brought a dessert etc. It was in the reservation. I told the hostess and we told the serve when we sat down. Disappointing there was no dessert brought to celebrate our friend.

Absolutely unacceptable — especially for a restaurant inside the Ritz-Carlton. Google clearly says it’s open until 12:30 every day, yet when we arrived for a birthday dinner at 10:30, it was completely shut. This isn’t just disappointing, it’s shocking for a place with such a luxury reputation. We planned our entire evening around this and it ruined the celebration. For a brand like Ritz-Carlton, this is a massive failure — update your hours or don’t advertise them at all.

This would be a wonderful place for a date. The cloistered section in the center gives a feeling of privacy, while also allowing a view of the surrounding dining room and lively bar. The sushi and sashimi was presented with elegant simplicity and was delicious. Waitstaff and servers were very attentive and nice.

Rather disappointing .. Been to DUSK many times and always a pleasant evening with very good food .. not so this time. This was our first visit after the hurricane and rehab. Bar .. still good with friendly and knowledgeable bartenders and a good selection of spirits. Room .. improved with more comfortable seating. Service .. professional and personable. Food .. NOT GOOD. The sashimi (of every fish) was all pretty much tasteless. The uni (sea urchin) was the biggest disappointment. The "Skuna Bay Wild Salmon Aburi" .. a special "roll" was so spicy as to totally mask the flavors of the fish. And - the worst sin for a Japanese restaurant - the rice was undercooked. To their credit, Coco - our delightful server - removed the uni and the Skuna Aburi from the bill. Too Bad

Kids iPads are ruining the experience. They should not be so loud they disturb other diners. Or have certain sections for kids.

While the service and food were satisfactory, they didn't stand out as exceptional, making it more suitable for a date night or business discussions. A surprising feature is their outdoor patio, where guests can enjoy cigars.

Dinner ruined . Sat our party of six at a 4 top because you let convention participants take over your bar and our 6 top table. Way too crowded and noisy for an upscale dining room . This should have Been controlled by management . Suggest you set up an alternate bar when it is this hot . Instead of giving them your air conditioned dining spaces . Server was amazing and did his best .
