Our service experience was not the best clearly something happened with the hostess as we arrived, not sure what, but it looked like she deleted our reservation. Our server was inattentive, at times. We had to ask her to fill our sake glasses and to remove empty dishes from our table and she was missing for about 20 minutes. The food was amazing and I would definitely go back for the food. I hope the service improves in the future.

Dusk Sushi Restaurant is located in the beautiful Ritz Carlton Hotel in Naples. They offer Great sushi. The menu is simple and not that many choices. The service was very good. We started with Edamame. I had a Dragon Roll and my wife had the Tempura Shrimp Roll. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. The restaurant is on the dark side and the tables can be a bit lower than normal but the decor is very nice. There is also a nice size bar.

The service was wonderful , the appetizers and sushi were delicious and the cocktails perfect ! I would highly recommend! We celebrated our friend's birthday ! All the staff we were in contact with wished him a Happy Birthday . Our awesome server brought out a lovely special birthday dessert with a candle at the end of meal!

This was our first time back since it reopened and whilst the menu has reduced the quality of the food, location and atmosphere have improved . The food was good but still some room for improvement the chicken we had was tasty, the sashimi was not the top quality it should have been and the choice limited, the salmon sushi was excellent and very tasty and as someone who doesn't like rice that is a complement. Our waitress was pleasant but not overly attentive and wasn't very knowledgeable. The atmosphere waa excellent and the music added to it, however, the worst part of the evening was the group of drunken women who thought they needed to dance just behind where we were sat, it wasn't attractive and they made fools of themselves, if Dusk wants to allow people to dance and that is fine don't have tables where you place diners as drunken clients male or female displaying their wears doesn't add to the atmosphere it makes it into a poor example of a pub one of the worse areas of a major city on karaoke night.

The food and service were fine. Tables hard to eat at - multiple levels, none worked for us. Wait staff was great. It was Valentine's Day and they gave my wife a nice red rose!

We were there the weekend for the Super Bowl and even though it was a bit crowded, the service never stopped being good. The food is up to par, a place to take into account ?

Food was excellent, service was average especially for a Ritz. I've never dined IN a restaurant (not outside), where the AC was blowing a draft and they provide you with blankets!! The only alternative apparently is to switch it off and then the restaurant gets too hot. I know they were hit by Hurricane Ian, but the contractor/designer should have done a better job! It was my husbands birthday which the hostess acknowledged, but that was it - no mention of it again. Not a great experience for a Ritz dining venue :(

Enjoy

Raw fish was delicious, fresh, perfect. Flavors were exciting and thoughtful plated beautifully. Service was very professional & attentive. Highly recommended for elevated sushi and cocktails. Atmosphere is stylish, dark elegance, intimate vibe. Not recommended for more than a party of two...three is pushing it. The ambiance works for close friends, romantic couples, not recommended for large groups or families with young kids.

We tried Dusk our first night staying at the Ritz Naples and it was lovely. The ambiance and design are beautiful. Our waitress was very kind, pleasant, and helpful. The specialty roll and volcano roll were delicious! The dessert is unique and small yet satisfying. Overall isn't was a great experience and we would go again!

We celebrated my moms birthday here. Her husband is hard of hearing and the hostess was very sweet and walked me around the restaurant to find the best table to meet our needs. Plus when I told her it was my moms birthday she made sure to alert the pastry chef. The server was also great, very attentive. And the sushi was delicious. In addition we had one member of our reservation that doesn't care for sushi and he was able to order off of another menu...he had a bacon cheeseburger. We all enjoyed the experience and will definitely return!

READ THIS FIRST; the food is okay, however there is very little difference from any standard sushiya. Yellowtail, is the same packaged Frozen yellowtail used almost everywhere however the Ritz charges an astonishing $14 a piece for it. Yes, I know it's the rich, but this isn't fresh yellowtail. In fact it's the exact same Frozen side of Yellowtail you can get at the local Asian Mart. As for the tuna, they say it's a akamai implying that it's Bluefin and in fact they say it's Bluefin however my taste tells me it's bigeye tuna which is still very good and a step up from most run of the mill sushi places. Aside from that, all of their fish is okay but generally unimpressive again, especially considering the price which is ridiculous especially for the quality and mediocre service. As for the sake list, it's small, and quite likely the worst possible pallet choices you could make in each category. All but two choices are the small 300ml bottle and prices start at $55. Again, ridiculously expensive. The preparation of the dishes themselves was acceptable, albeit the rice was cold and flavorless. Portion size was definitely on the small side and fish selection was sufficient yet limited. They have a half a dozen standard yet unimpressive maki rolls and oddly enough spicy tuna isn't on the list however they will make it for you. However one thing that did make their list is about the nastiest concoction ever and that is the volcano roll, covered in hot borderline burnt mayo. Also known as "the sushi of savages". Might as well put ketchup on it. Yeah, I know I sound bitter. All right, I won't drag this on, end of the story is skip this place, right up the street there's an absolutely phenomenal Sushi Joint by the name of Namba.

Horrible experience, expected more! Service was terrible, it was u comfortably cold limited menu & food quality was poor and not worth it at all plenty of other options in Naples wish we hadn't wasted our time or money. I do not recommend!

The fish was fresh and delicious. While the menu isn't extensive, the quality is very good. Rolls are well prepared and excellent. Service is very good. Lion was our server and he was attentive, courteous, and friendly. Room is comfortable and well designed.
