Amazing!! I called from NY to Naples, FL to surprise my Dad with a delivery of some treats and they came through big time. Bagels, nova lox, cream cheese, tuna salad, egg salad and Dr. Browns cream and black cherry soda delivered right to his door for Father’s Day. Communication was easy and everything was smooth. Thank you so much!

Great bagels! Horrible service. Placed order for pick up. Waited over 10 minutes. Was charged an additional $2 when already paid for a bagel and jalepeno cream cheese for the cream cheese to be put on the bagel. Asiago bagel was burnt, wife not happy on Mother’s Day. Ordered BEC (Bacon, egg, cheese) got no bacon and tomato on my bagel, which I’m allergic too. We thought hasgbriwns were on the side, they put it on the bagel. Our mistake. One person working the front line on Mothers Day Sunday. 5 people waiting, 3 people in line. Paying top dollar for rent may be worth in hiring an on site manager to help establish the business.

I love a simple toasted everything bagel with cream cheese; this place knocked it out of the park! Perfectly prepared bagels! They offer an amazing selection of breakfast and lunch sandwiches, stellar customer service and a clean environment! Highly recommend!!!

Eh, not bad. Not great. Very mid. The coffee is good though. The everything bagel was ok. The sausage on the sandwich was your basic breakfast meat and the egg was cooked ok. A little bland but not bad. Nothing to go out of your way for but if you’re hungry and you’re driving by, I don’t see any reason why you shouldn’t stop and grab something. My food was ready ahead of estimated time. Cashier was friendly enough for 8 am. All in all, not impressed. Just another cash grab in an already saturated market. Meh. I’m not surprised. I’m starting to get used to being disappointed when it comes to breakfast/ bagel spots in Naples.

Great bagels, ridiculous prices. Just bought 2 plain bagels $2.00 each. The size has gotten significantly smaller. Way less value for your money. I am not a new customer and have been. Buying bagels at Empire since 2013.

Honestly the best bagel I’ve had in my life 😆 loved the jalapeño bagel with jalapeño cream cheese. My son got the chocolate donut and loved it. Fresh out of the oven!

Every time I order from this place there is always an issue. Usually it's the wrong order or incorrect options. But the most recent time has got to be the most logical explaination. Poor management. I ordered through grub hub, even got the order ready confirmation. When I arrive they have no trace of my order so I show the confirmation and they tell me that they don't use grub hub and I would need to contact them for a refund! If NY Bagel didn't run out of everything bagels I'd probably never go back.

The place is small and unassuming given its location in a strip mall area. The bagel sandwich was big and very tasty. I had the sausage, egg and cheese and my sin had his with bacon. Perfect texture on the bagel.
