Eating at Firehouse reminds me when I was a little boy and I used to go to the fire station and I love the Dalmatian dogs too

Walked into this location and everyone working acknowledged us with a hello. The restaurant was clean and Alina was friendly. My son is a firefighter so I love supporting Firehouse! If I had to critique anything it would be how long it takes to make the food. Love the location and the staff was great. Highly recommend!

My husband and I love subs - especially when it's hot outside and we don't feel like cooking. Firehouse Subs fills that spot. Convenienent, focused on giving back to local FR, and good variety and fresh

Long wait for one sub
This is a nice corner food place with friendly staff, good food and super atmosphere. Indoor and outdoor dining. Sorry, no food photos this time, but it was good.

My 1st visit to this Firehouse location.. wasn't crowded and it was neat and clean.. I stood there several minutes before being acknowledged..not what I'd call friendly and was busy chatting with another worker so seemed inconvenienced by my arrival... at this time of day (2pm) I was the only one in line so was expecting fast service.. after almost 15 minutes for 1 meatball sandwich finally my sub was ready.. no smiles nor words spoken ( I worked in customer service in my younger days so I did speak and thank them btw" that's called common courtesy "" lol.. the 20something set of employees today seem to just not have no care acting entitled and bored and not just here but anywhere.. what a shame for the sub was hot and tasted really good.. only setback oddly was it had to much sauce on it, making the sub fall apart and be pretty messy eating ( I'd recommend eating with a fork) which made it easier to eat...Even with too much sauce I still really like the sub" I'd recommend coming by for yourself based on the flavor of the food..I'd definitely not go during busy hours... Summing it up""1. food" good 2.customer service "Not good, 3.Store" clean, 4.wait time" kinda long... btw I still tipped for the slow and not friendly service.. again that's called common courtesy..

I recently moved to Bonita from Virginia and decided to visit this location for the first time last week.
From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. Payton was so sweet, taking incredible care while making my sandwich. It was clear that they take pride in delivering the best quality possible.
What truly stood out was Payton’s willingness to go above and beyond to assist me with navigating the online app for future orders. Her patience, kindness, and thorough explanation made the process so much easier for me.
A huge thank-you to Payton and the Firehouse Subs team for such exceptional service. You’ve earned a loyal customer!

Drove there from Bonita Springs only to find them closing up early. When I asked why they were closing this dude tells me because they ran out of meat. Now how in the heck does a sub shop run out of meat? I'll tell you, because of Piss Poor inventory control. This is a badly managed place.
