The teens behind the counter tonight told me their “uber eats printer” wasn’t working and didn’t have my order. They’re obviously accepting the orders and then not making the food intentionally. Don’t trust these snotty teens with your food. I’ve worked in a restaurant before, they have a tablet to accept orders on. They won’t have to make an order they won’t accept. Hope your manager sees this, I’ll be sure to come in and speak to them as well. Just because you wanted to be lazy. On their end they still make the money so I’m sure it’s some sort of scam they’re doing to get free food or whatever they’re doing. Awful people. Don’t lie to people because you want to be lazy, karma isn’t something you should play with.

Came in to try the thanksgiving turkey sub with a side of gravy as well as the new cheesy Mac and I was blown away. I tried it with bacon and extra stuffing would definitely get it again, the cheesy Mac was so good and very cheesy! the double chocolate chip cookie was so soft and beyond amazing I will be back very soon for more sandwiches and cookies!

I recently used Firehouse Subs catering for my football party, and I was blown away. From the start, the ordering process was super easy, and the staff was really helpful in choosing the right combo of subs for the amount of people I had for Sunday football. Everything was fresh and very organized when I picked it up. I was very impressed by quality of the subs. It made hosting very easy for a good price too. I'll definitely be using them again for my next event. Highly recommend Firehouse Subs for anyone looking for an easy and delicious catering option

Came into firehouse subs today and went with a Jamaican jerk turkey but switched out the turkey for chicken, added bacon and Cajun mayo what a game changer it made sooo delicious! This is my 4th time coming to this location and it has now become my favorite place, the manager Samantha was so nice and helpful, staff was friendly and fast making my order will be back again.

I was in the mood for a sub and stumbled upon firehouse subs it was my first time there and the manager Samantha was so helpful and friendly with giving me details on all my sub options I decided to go with a large firehouse meatball sub and it was amazing!! I highly recommend coming here it did not disappoint
