it beats McDonalds and the avocado was real good. the foods more or less for real and not some fatty salty stuff
otherwise it's a chain and don't expect any wonders from something that's not magic

Love First Watch, always good but they have also cut portions on some thing. The chicken quinoa bowl was less in bowl and less of the sauce which it needed. I still enjoyed it though.
