I usually love Five Guys, and while the food and service were good, my experience this time was a little disappointing. I had ordered four burgers, but was only given three. Thankfully, I realized while still in the store, so I had to place another order just to get the fourth one.
One of the burgers I ordered was a bacon burger, but when I got home, I noticed there was no bacon on it even though I was charged for it. I also asked for A1 sauce but was given BBQ instead.
The toppings were correctly placed on the side, which I appreciated — but the small mistakes really added up. These little details matter, especially when you’re paying extra. I just hope there’s more attention to accuracy next time.

Great food and I just wish five guys kept both their teas full.
Burgers are really delicious and the French fries were the best! I usually don't eat French fries from anywhere the kids do,(I might eat 1 or 2) but I ate Five Guys fries and they were the best Flavored fries I have ever tasted! Thanks Guys,see you again Soon!!!!
