We have been dining at Fuse for a few years now and always have a great dinner For the first time last night we actually ate At the bar and got to know Monica on a More personal level
Had a really nice time at Fuse. We weren't super hungry so sat at the bar and had an appetizer and Caesar salad. Bartender (and partner in the restaurant) was lovely and friendly. Crowd at the bar all seemed like regulars for the most part. Super friendly place. Next time we will come hungrier and try entrees. Everyone there seemed happy with their meals.
Excellent food & service, I ordered the Short Rib dinner that came with whipped sweet potatoes. Generous portion, so I took some home for the next day. My husband ordered the scallops & pork belly dinner & he was equally impressed by the quality & taste. It is a little pricey but we really enjoyed our dining experience with our friends'! M
