REALLY GOOD ITALIAN ICE CREAM

Incredible place. Amazing selection of flavors. One of the best “sweet” spots we have been to in a while.

I'm spoiled because I live near a gelato spot in Brooklyn that has amazing chocolate gelato so while the scoop of chocolate gelato I had here was quite rich, it tasted just ok to me. We also tasted the vegan banana flavor and maybe this was the same issue with the chocolate, somehow just too intensely flavored!?? That said, I am happy that a gelato place has multiple flavors for the vegan offering and I see many people like Gelato & Co a lot, just personally I will continue my search for vegan gelato in Naples. Update: I see now another review mentioned the sugar free chocolate vegan gelato so perhaps that was the flavor I was picking up on, the chocolate and banana both had an artificial taste to me Updated from previous review on 2025-08-24

Definitely the best gelato in Naples. The hazelnut and pistachio are my personal favorite flavors. They’re consistently providing a really delicious dessert option right on 5th. 10/10 recommend giving them a shot! Their coffee is also delicious!

Bonta Bakery down 5th Ave has much much better gelato. It’s made fresh daily. Support local business! Gelato and Co is just like store bought gelato.

A nice place to stop if you want to treat yourself while walking down 5th Avenue.

They have a great selection of ice-cream, Sorbet, milkshake, and coffee.

I used to come here every week but we realised for the customer service we don’t want to come here never again ..all the Ladies are super rude and they don’t have any manners with Customer last time i went i was giving my order to the lady and she ignored us and kept talking to her coworkers and laughing infront of my face ..the owners need to look for nice and polite people who knows better customers service ..i been working 8 years in customer service and i understand someone can have bad day but it’s not the case Everytime it’s getting worst ..

Very overpriced..nutella flavor tastes like dark chocolate.

Take that tea from your menu if you don’t want to serve it.

A Must-Visit Italian Gelato Spot on 5th Avenue! While strolling down 5th Avenue in Naples, we discovered this amazing Italian gelato shop — and what a treat it was! Gelato&Co. offers a wide variety of creamy, flavorful gelato options that truly stand out. The place is super chic and spotless, with both indoor and outdoor seating where you can relax and enjoy what you’ve picked. They have a great selection of flavors, and if you’re undecided, they’re happy to let you sample a few before choosing. In addition to gelato, they also offer other tempting desserts that look absolutely delicious.
We tried several gelato flavors: pistachio, stracciatella, dulce de leche, cherry yogurt, Nutella, and my personal favorite — brownie. The brownie flavor had a deep, intense dark chocolate taste that was just incredible. The waffle cone was also amazing — crispy, flavorful, and the perfect complement to the gelato. This is a beautiful place to visit, and one you definitely don’t want to miss if you’re in Naples. Highly recommended for anyone with a sweet tooth!

This place services great Gelato. We had a double scoop Del Leche & Chocolate and a tiramisu. They were delicious

We came here several times during our weekend getaway. My wife and I would get the affogato with different gelatos, for me the salted caramel gelato affogato was the best but the others were also good. My daughter tried different treats each time. Delicious!

The other day I got a medium cup of gelato
and it was barely full.

Ice cream is not that bad (not that good either) but people working there … Omg, they can’t be worse. The cashier is the most disgusting person ever , bad mood, zero interest. We bought a cookie sandwich and it tasted REALLY BAD , it was rancid, like expired. We told her and she said (with a really bad tone) what’s wrong with it? We told her and she was: mmmm
I mean: do you care? Taste it yourself ..
