Amazing ice cream if you haven’t been there yet you better put it on your bucket list!

Gelato & Co on 5th Ave was substandard at best compared to my summers in Italy as a kid LOVING stracciatella gelato . There is definitely nothing to rave or write home about. The one positive they DO have going are their wonderfully pleasant counter girls and guys. Service was good not great and only because mgmt needs to 1) get a better flow movement during season and 2) maybe remove or rearrange the top of the cases so servers aren’t having to ‘tip toe peer over’ while customers in return are leaning into and on the top of the cases..and all the product.

Had to go twice in two days it was so yummy! Service excellent, gelato delicious. Chocolate was amazing, worth the trip!

The name says Gelato. They are very good at that. Probably one of the bests I ve ever had just like in Italy. However the deserts are pretty dissapointing. We got some eclairs, tres leches and tiramisu to go. The only thing that I can slide would be tiramisu. Tres leches very dry and full of whipped cream and eclairs more filled with whipped cream than vanilla/custard. So big no for deserts unfortunatelly

We stopped by Gelato & Co imand it was exactly the sweet treat we were craving. They’ve got a huge variety of flavours and all kinds of desserts to choose from, which makes it tough—in a good way—to decide. Lots of seating both inside and outside, so it’s an easy spot to relax and enjoy your treat.

The gelato itself was fresh, creamy, and really well done. A perfect little dessert stop. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area and want something delicious to cool off with.

Great place, must have a gelato if you stopping by The 5th Ave in Naples

Very disappointed. They have increased prices significantly on their cakes and lowered the quality. Their ice cream cakes used to look special with beautiful decorations, my cake came plain with nothing on top- after paying $50 for a 6 inch cake you can imagine my disappointment. Their ice cream cakes used was not attached to the plate underneath, so when I got home it had slid off the plate. Called to tell them what happened hoping they would re- make it correctly- instead the owner offered me two macaroons so I could add them myself. I chose not to make a trip down town so I could decorate my own cake. So instead they just lost a customer for life. Don’t waste your money on their cakes. They are not what they used to be.

Delicious. Nice decor!

Gelato and tres leches are amazing. However, I wish they would note which desserts contain alcohol. We bought a cup of their tres leches cake and had to call to verify they do infact use rum. Just something to keep an eye out for!
