Chef Andy Hyde has created a dining experience on the level of the French Laundry, with a little spice added. Each dish in the tasting menu was extraordinary and beautifully presented. The wine pairings were perfect. Chef is on his way to his first Star, Lookout Naples, you've got a real artist in your midst.
The food was actually outstanding, the husband and wife team chef, waitress hostess, so incredibly nice! The dessert was very good. I definitely would recommend trying this place. It is small, but absolutely worth the price! 
What an amazing hidden gem! A boutique restaurant where chef Hyde and Mrs. Hyde wowed us with every dish, their passion for food, and their customer service. My only regret was leaving my phone in the car and I couldn’t capture how beautiful the presentation was. We will definitely be back and will bring friends and family to enjoy it with us! Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Hyde for a memorable anniversary dinner.
