The owner, Andy Hyde and his wife graciously welcomed us. They were delightful and shared their history. Food presentation was the best..different vessels, different plates and were all a work of art. and all the food was so delicious. Our favorites were the First Tide, Earth Tones, Quiet Fire and Dessert. Already making plans to return.
We enjoyed the 3 course vegetarian/meat options for our group. The artichoke bisque and the baby ribs were fabulous! The servers were gracious. The only downside were the typed menus that lacked clarity. It seemed as if our vegetarian friends did not get the jollof rice that was indicated on the typed menu!!
This may be southwest Florida's best kept secret! Chef, Andy and his lovely wife are doing things with food here that haven't been seen in ages! We did the five course chef's menu and it was unbelievable! Run don't walk to Hyde N Chic, it's an absolute oasis of food and fun! You are transported the minute you walk in the front door. Thank you both for an unbelievable evening. Keep killing it, Chef.
