This restaurant is incredible! We've been here several times. Recently we visited on January 7th around 7:30 p.m. The people run it like a fine tuned engine! With lots of smiles and courtesy!! Our food was delicious and the atmosphere was busy. The employees moved people in and out swiftly and pleasantly. Nice job crew!

I went there for lunch today as they were making my sandwich. I noticed the lettuce was brown, which means it has bacteria growth. I mentioned it to the worker he said, unfortunately the whole bin had brown growth on the lettuce. I asked him to go into the bath to get me some fresh lettuce he refused to do so Jersey Mike at this particular location is making people on purpose sick with a foodborne illness obviously, they don’t care. Obviously the management doesn’t care and obviously jersey Mike’s don’t care so this is they wanted to anyone who wants to possibly go to this particular location. Do not go there. They are trying to. They are going out of the way to make everybody sick as possible.

Exceptional customer service! I arrived right before 9pm (thought they clised at 10). The three ultra friendly gentlemen fired up the griddle to make my son a mouth watering steak sub. Smiling and chatting as they did it. The subs ordered just as fresh as they are when they open. Cleanest sub shop I have been! I wish I could give 10 stars! Keep it up and we’ll be back!!
What happen to you guys I was in there today the guy made me the wrong sandwich twice it took a half hour for a cheesesteak and when I asked for extra cheesesteak because I didn't want the peppers and onions the guy said it don't work like that you been doing it for me for a long time whole new crew they were running into each other a bad experience all together

Absolutely loved the #8 Club Sub at this Jersey Mike’s location! The sandwich was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced — the turkey and ham were tender, the bacon crispy, and the veggies super fresh. The bread was soft but held together well, and the mayo added just the right touch of creaminess. The staff were friendly and made the sub just the way I like it. Definitely one of the best subs I’ve had in Naples. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area! (1016 Immokalee Rd #204, Naples, FL 34110)
