We went to the location on Immokalee in Naples on 10/13. The staff at the location on was fantastic!!!! Dave, the Assistant Manager, was so kind and had the best personality! So friendly!!!! Was so pleasant! He was training someone and was so nice and patient. Nick and Kimberly were wonderful too, but a special shout out to Dave!!!!! Made our experience there great! He's a keeper!!!!!

I like Jersey Mike's but the staff here had attitude and food was below standard unfortunately something you come to expect in Naples. The worst part however was that a server and customer obviously knew each other and for no reason offered him a 20% discount but noone else. If you do this do it discretly preferably don't just don't.

I ordered via Uber Eats and they forgot my chips and my sandwich was dripping in mustard. I called the store and spoke to George, expecting the “report to Uber Eats blah blah blah” but instead he apologized and HAND DELIVERED ME A NEW SANDWHICH, CHIPS and threw in some extra goodies. Talk about going above and beyond!!! Thanks George, just awesome service!

I'll take the steak n cheese, but please hold the Staples! Wait! What? Yes, upon ordering lunch at this location (1016 Immokalee Road Unit 204 Naples, FL) I ordered a steak n cheese sub. As I took the 4th or 5th bite, something dug into my gum. Surprised, by this pain, I worked out what appeared to be a metallic object. After, looking at it more intensely, I realized it was indeed a STAPLE!! The gentleman behind the counter immediately made me another steak n cheese sub, but this will be my last trip to ANY Jersey Mikes locations. I honestly feel the staple was tossed into my sub with malicious intent. It makes me wonder, how many people consumed Staples from the young man preparing the hot subs. Observing the station he works in, I concluded it was indeed done on purpose. I'm not a "regular" at Jersey Mikes, as this was my first AND LAST time going there. I wanted to caution as many people as possible about this horrible experience. The ramifications of consuming a staple could result in severe abdominal/ intestinal pain and might need surgery.
